projects
These projects are more than just things I do on the side; they are ideas that came from real disparities I saw around me. Whether it was realizing people didn’t understand how policies actually affect them, seeing how outdated and gatekept media can be, or wanting to hear more Gen Z voices in real conversations, each of these platforms was built with intention. For me, they reflect different parts of who I am, creative, political, curious, but they all share the same goal: to make space for real people, real stories, and real change.

JAVforChange Civic Initiative
Ongoing
I started JAVforchange because I wanted people, especially young, first-gen, or minority voters, to feel like these systems actually have room for them. Growing up, politics felt distant, complicated on purpose. Through this platform, I break down policies, ballot issues, and campus resources in ways that are clear and human, so more people see that they belong in these conversations too. At the end of the day, this is about trust: letting folks know that understanding the world around them is not out of reach, and that their voice can shape what happens next.
JAVmedias Media Platform
Ongoing
JAVmedias began with photography, but my vision has always been bigger and more accessible. I am working to build it into the next generation model for media outlets, one that reflects how people actually consume content today. From TikTok and Instagram to AI tools and podcasts, JAVmedias is about embracing what is next and setting a new standard for how media should be run: accessible, relevant, and rooted in community. Long-term, I want to use revenue from the platform to make professional and traditionally expensive media equipment more affordable. Imagine Fuji or Canon quality at Polaroid prices. I believe creating shouldn’t be gatekept, and the future of media belongs to everyone.
The GenZ Approach Podcast
Ongoing
The GenZ Approach is a podcast with diverse topics, but each episode stays intentional. One week, we might be debating Messi vs. Ronaldo and sports, and the next, we are diving into trickle-down economics or the state of American politics. What makes this different is the balance: 2 out of 3 speakers on each episode will have real knowledge or academic background on the topic, so each conversation can be more about knowledgeable substance than just opinions.

Undergraduate Latiné Student Caucus
Ongoing
I created ULSC out of a need I saw for my political representation at Ohio State University's campus. This initiative aims to create a Caucus within student government focused on Latino advocacy, representation, and equity. As one of the first caucuses of its kind in Ohio, my mission is to advocate for Latino students through policy, funding, and cultural recognition. I want to build something bigger than representation. I want to build a coalition with real influence on campus.
Kappa Omega Alpha Public Policy Fraternity
Ongoing
At KOA, I have been helping grow a national network of students committed to public service and policy. Through professional development, speaker events, and community-building, we aim to shape the next generation of policy leaders. For me, KOA is about mentorship, solidarity, and making space in policy for people who haven’t always seen themselves there. I am one of the first executive board members for my chapter and am excited to work alongside my brotherhood as we increase KOA recognition both at Ohio State and on a National level.
